DEVELOPMENT OF ABILITY OF RECIPIENTS OF VOCATIONAL EDUCA-TION TO ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY IN THE POST-WAR PERIOD

Abstract

The priorities of the strategy of post-war development of the national economy are multilevel stimulation of small business development. It is important to ensure high-quality preparation of pupils and students for entrepreneurship. The system of vocational education does not pay due attention to identifying students' individual qualities of a successful entrepreneur and developing the ability to entrepreneurship as an initiative, innovation, creative and independent activity. In preparing students for vocational education to start their own business, it is important, above all, to develop the ability to do business, which is concretized by the presence of strong qualities of character. Successful self-realization can be a person who is aware of their strengths, practically applies the "technology of formulating SMART-goals" and is able to determine the best ways to achieve goals and implement them in their own activities.
