Abstract

International cooperation involves the modernization of the system of training qualified workers, the introduction of the latest technologies in the professional training of education seekers, the improvement of teaching methods, the development of teachers' competencies, the introduction of innovative technologies in accordance with European education standards. Vocational and technical education reform in Ukraine aims to improve education to the level of international labor market requirements, help youth and adults realize their own potential (Бородієнко, & Зленко, 2023).
