Abstract
Assessment of the effectiveness of teaching activities is a mandatory
condition for ensuring the functioning of the education quality management system.
Evaluation allows you to monitor changes in personnel potential, work activity,
identify and support positive trends in the work of the teaching staff. This determines
the need to implement a multifactorial system of individual evaluation of the quality of
the teacher's work.
