Abstract
There are not enough graduates of IT specialties of Ukrainian universities to solve personnel problems related to the rapid development of the domestic IT market. Therefore, IT companies are forced to conduct internal training, attracting graduates of other specialties. At the same time, the percentage of students who do not complete their studies is significant. The reasons that forced the students to give up active work in the course were identified: workload, complex material, fast pace of teaching, a large amount of material for self-study, frustration with the programming language. JavaScript training was designed for three months, held online three times a week with alternating lectures and practical classes with lots of homework. Conversion was 25% of 20 people.
