Abstract

The key indicator of the development of society is vocational education aimed at producing human capital, raising the intellectual and professional level of future professionals. The use of the cluster approach as an effective form of public-private partnership helps to eliminate significant discrepancies between the needs of the economy and the vocational education system; effective allocation of resources (material, financial, labor, information) and their rational use; providing the regional labor market with highly qualified specialists who have a high level of education, multidisciplinary training, able to quickly adapt to structural changes in the economy.
