Abstract

The challenges of wartime, as well as the rapid  development of the capabilities of artificial intelligence, stimulate the search for new directions and means of developing the digital competence of pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions. A comprehensive vision of solving this problem involves the application of modern approaches to measuring the level of digital development of each individual pedagogical worker, educational institution as a whole. The study of the experience of the influence of individual and collective forms of work, participation in mass training courses, allows to choose the elements that form a modern system of methodical support for the development of digital competence of teachers, resistant to the influence of negative phenomena caused by armed aggression.
