Abstract
The article substantiates the method of assessing competence achievements of future specialists in colleges. The principles, pedagogical conditions, requirements for measuring the results of students' learning are given, the criteria and indicators for determining the levels of readiness of pedagogical workers for evaluating the competence achievements of students are specified. A methodology for assessing the quality of professional training of specialists in colleges has been developed, which makes it possible to determine the real level of compliance of students' preparedness with the established regulatory requirements at all stages of mastering the educational and professional program.
