Abstract

This paper thoroughly examines the impact of modern technologies on approaches to training and education in the sports sector, highlighting how innovations open up new possibilities for enhancing the effectiveness of sports training. Special attention is given to analyzing how the use of these technologies by coaches and teachers transforms traditional training methodologies, particularly through the application of motion sensors, virtual and augmented reality systems, and software for big data analysis. This allows coaches to collect and process information about athletes' physical indicators with the aim of optimizing training processes.
