FEATURES OF THE USE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN PROFESSIONAL (VOCATION-TECHNICAL) EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN THE CONDITIONS OF MARTIAL LAW

Abstract

The development of modern society is taking place at a fast pace - the growth of the information field, expansion of infrastructure, globalization processes, "blurring of borders" - all these prerequisites require qualitatively trained high-level specialists with highly developed professional skills and knowledge. Ukraine's entry into the European space requires justified political, economic and, above all, social changes. Since the role of the professional educational sphere in the formation of a socially conscious personality is not accepted, socially important changes should become a post office for the development of new trends of learning in the education system. This involves not only the training of specialists and workers who are able to compete at the state and international level, but also the creation of conditions for self-development and improvement of teaching and upbringing methods, which will become the basis for the formation of a new intellectual potential of the nation.
